Through our award-winning STEM education and leadership programs, we equip girls and young women across the globe with the skills and confidence to seek leadership roles, feel power within their voice, and create positive change in the world. Through inspirational female Speakers, positive mentors, and engaging curriculum, girls are empowered and supported to reach their fullest potential, regardless of socioeconomic circumstances.

During both our virtual or in-person programs, girls build skills of leadership, teamwork, strategy, public speaking, creativity, computer coding, entrepreneurship, business planning and pitching, and leadership. Through engaging breakout sessions of vision boarding, computer coding, and business plan development, girls apply these skills, amplify their creativity, collaborate with others, practice decision-making, build their self-confidence, and amplify their "I CAN" voice.

We connect girls and young women with inspirational, empowering female executives from around the world. Speakers showcase their unique journeys and superpowers through their presentations and live Q&A sessions. These powerful women mentors and role models encourage girls to dream big, embrace their superpowers, and imagine what's possible so they will keep reaching for their goals!
